As CRO Order Manager you will work in the team of Commercial Service - Component Repair & Overhaul (CRO) and will report to the Contract Manager (CM). You will support the Program Manager (PM) in the administration of Commercial business, interacting with all other Functions to ensure the deliverables of Contract, improving Customers' Satisfaction and guaranteeing the business continuity. Cooperate with cross functional team to deliver on the assigned programs deliverables within the terms and conditions of the purchase orders. Job Description Essential Responsibilities Customers' Purchase Order's analysis and management, to ensure its compliance to Contract's requirements Components' induction (MIL) and flow down to all stakeholders of Customer's PO, through the company Standard Work tools (i.e. GE Workflows, BPM, etc.) Manage the internal DataLake and Databases with Excel tools, keeping record of all process steps Issue the Cost Estimation for Customer's approval; managing the archive and ensure correct flow down of Customer's disposition to all stakeholders Issue Invoice for services' performed, iaw approved quotation and / or applicable Price Catalogue, guaranteeing the invoice's compliance to the scope of work in Customer's PO Perform as interface between the customer and the internal business team, managing the
