Descrizione del ruoloStiamo ricercando con urgenza un Product Specialist con esperienza su NICE Actimize, una delle piattaforme più diffuse e avanzate per la gestione dei rischi finanziari, dell’antiriciclaggio (AML) e della prevenzione delle frodi nel settore bancario e dei servizi finanziari. La risorsa lavorerà su iniziative in ambito MOT (Monitoraggio Operazioni Trasfrontaliere / Transaction Monitoring), garantendo supporto funzionale e tecnico alle attività del team.Responsabilità principaliConfigurazione, gestione e ottimizzazione dei moduli Actimize, in particolare legati al Transaction MonitoringAnalisi requisiti, tuning dei modelli e supporto ai processi AML / FraudCollaborazione con team tecnici e compliance per garantire soluzioni efficaciSupporto alla risoluzione di incident, testing e validazione funzionaleProduzione documentazione tecnica e funzionaleRequisitiEsperienza comprovata su NICE Actimize (es. IFM, SAM, Case Manager, RCM o moduli correlati)Conoscenza dei processi AML, compliance o fraud managementOttima padronanza della lingua ingleseCapacità di lavorare in autonomia in modalità full remoteApproccio proattivo, orientamento alle deadline e problem solvingCompetenze richiesteSe vi interessa l'opportunità, condividetemi un vostro CV alla mail.
