Join our international sales team and work in a global environment to deliver the best supply chain solutions to our customers in the healthcare industry. What you'll do Positioning and selling the full UPS portfolio of UPS Healthcare - including Parcel, Freight Forwarding, and Warehousing & Distribution solutions Acquiring new customers via phone and virtual channels, and managing existing healthcare clients Identifying new business opportunities along the customer's supply chain and developing sales strategies Achieve revenue targets through tailored end-to-end solutions Mapping complex supply chains to fully understand customer needs and positioning appropriate solutions and services, with a focus on end-to-end solutions Building a strong internal and external network and collaborating with the global team Managing customer master data, preparing offers and contracts, and handling contract renewals Maintaining internal sales systems, performing general administrative tasks, and generating reports What you'll need A relevant degree in Business & Sales Experience in selling services - ideally in logistics or healthcare Sales-driven mindset with high motivationStrong interpersonal skills and professional presence Proficiency in MS Office Excellent Italian and English language skills What you'll get Attractive compensation and commission structure Hybrid working available Comprehensive training and mentoring Targeted training programs and career development opportunities UPS is committed to providing a workplace free of discrimination, harassment, and retaliation. #J-18808-Ljbffr
