Role: We are looking for a Resident IT Technician with experience in Desktop / End-user Support within enterprise environment, preferably multinational companies. Your tasks are… identify, diagnose, and resolve L1/L2 issues in computer hardware and software related to laptops, desktops, printers, mobile devices, tablets etc. deal with software portfolio management and product life cycle management provide general desktop support, project coordination, refresh and imaging/ re-imaging PCs and laptops coordinate with third-party service providers for timely repair of the system under the maintenance agreement warranty, and repairing minor flaws in hardware if not covered under the same provide assistance in installation of other peripherals like printers, scanners, etc., cabling systems like local area network cables, network interface cards, wired switches, etc. provide smart hand support for Server and network devices asset and stock management ticket management Location: Dalmine (fully onsite) Employment contract: 1-year fixed-term (with possibility of transformation into permanent) Requirements: Level 2 Support - Enduser Support Ideally background as IT engineer with at least 2 years of experience Good English and fluent Italian Familiar with ticketing system Benefits: Buddy program Internal career development program International job opportunities Onboarding program Ticket Restaurant (Edenred, Sodexo, UP)/ Meal Voucher Be part of Us Hemmersbach provides IT infrastructure services in more than 190 countries with 50 own subsidiaries.
