Divisione Search & Selection ricerca per importante gruppo industriale operante nel settore automotive gomma-plastica, un/una TEMPORARY MANAGER . La risorsa, riportando direttamente al Direttore Generale, sarà responsabile dell’implementazione e del governo di un progetto strategico legato alla produzione di connettori per batterie destinati a impianti di raffreddamento. Agire come unico punto di riferimento per il cliente, gestendo il rapporto con il top management e gestendo le situazioni critiche; Guidare la strategia complessiva di esecuzione del progetto, in accordo con il Direttore Generale, nel rispetto dei vincoli tecnici, produttivi e contrattuali; Coordinare le attività tra R&D, Qualità, Produzione e Program Management, garantendo allineamento e focalizzazione sugli obiettivi di progetto; Monitorare i costi di progetto e di produzione, definendo e presidiando obiettivi economici chiari; Gestire le negoziazioni operative relative ad avanzamenti ed extra-costi (escluse le negoziazioni commerciali), supportando il Direttore Generale nei processi decisionali. Laurea in Ingegneria, Economia o discipline tecniche affini; Certificazioni in Project Management (es. Consolidata esperienza in ruoli di Project Manager senior, Program Manager, Operations Manager o Temporary Manager in contesti industriali e/o automotive; Solida conoscenza dei processi di industrializzazione automotive (produzione in serie, ramp-up, validazioni di processo, gestione delle modifiche); Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese; Il ruolo rappresenta una posizione strategica all’interno di un contesto aziendale solido e in crescita nel settore automotive. , specificando nell’oggetto “ TEMPORARY MANAGER ”.
