What you’ll be doing As a CRM Automation Specialist, you’ll play a key role in driving business growth and efficiency across sales functions through advanced automation and AI solutions. Here’s what your day‑to‑day will look like:Administrate & Maintain CRM Platform – Act as the key technical resource for ongoing administration of the CRM platform (HubSpot), including troubleshooting integration issues, maintaining data cleanliness, and supporting core platform functionality. Develop AI Solutions – Design, build, and deploy robust, scalable prototypes using Python for data enrichment, predictive scoring, streamlined pipeline management, and automated recommendations. Lead Technical Projects – Take ownership of AI initiatives from ideation and MVP through to production deployment, ensuring alignment with business stakeholders and clear communication. Drive Business Impact – Identify and prioritise opportunities where AI and automation can deliver the highest ROI, focusing on enhancing sales efficiency, lead conversion rates, and data quality. If you’re curious and ready for real ownership, you’ll fit in Does this sound like you?Expertise in Python – Proven ability to develop, test, and deploy complex applications using Python and relevant data science libraries. Passion for AI/ML – A genuine enthusiasm for AI, ML, and automation, coupled with a deep desire to translate those concepts into tangible business solutions.
