Position Overview We are seeking a Customer Service Specialist fluent in German and English to support clients using our products and services. The successful candidate will assist customers with inquiries related to digital marketing, online presence, and website design tools.This role requires strong communication skills, a genuine interest in digital marketing/web design, and the ability to deliver high-quality support in a dynamic, customer-focused environment.Location Lisbon, PortugalEmployment Type On-siteStart Date 8 January 2026Work ScheduleMonday to Friday 06:00 to 22:00 (Rotational Shifts)Two consecutive days off: Saturday and SundayUber reimbursement up to 25 per day for early shifts starting at 06:00 to support commutingOn-site Presence In Lisbon is required.Contract TypeCDD 6-month fixed-term contractCompensation PackageCompetitive base salary + Performance bonusShared accommodation providedMeal allowance per working dayCandidate Requirements (Mandatory) Experience or solid knowledge in digital marketing and/or web designEnthusiastic and passionate about the digital/web environmentFluent in German and proficient in EnglishStrong problem-solving skills and customer-service orientationComfortable working in rotating shifts within daytime hoursKey ResponsibilitiesProvide customer support for clients through multiple communication channelsAssist users with website creation tools, digital marketing features, and
