MISSION All dentro del team Strategy di Schneider Electric Italia, questa figura riporterà allo Strategy Manager e in sinergia con tutta l’organizzazione, supporterà e guiderà le seguenti attività e processi:Competitive Intelligence: monitoraggio dei competitor di Schneider Electric sul mercato italiano ed elaborazione di report periodici per il management con insight strategici Strategic Marketing: in linea con gli obiettivi strategici e vision, contribuire alla strategia attraverso una lettura approfondita del contesto di mercato identificando e coordinando piani di azione specifici di sviluppo a supporto della crescita. Business Intelligence: garantire il continuo sviluppo e aggiornamento dei Tools di Business Intelligence, monitorando e supportando costantemente l’adozione da parte degli utenti all'interno dell'organizzazione. In accordo con i bisogni di Business, creare o modificare nuovi tools, supportando e guidando il business nella comprensione dei relativi vantaggi competitivi e di sviluppo operativo. Processi Corporate: essere leader e punto di contatto per il Paese Italia nel coordinamento di processi annuali di definizione delle priorità strategiche e di PAM (Potential Accessible Market) e Market Share collaborando con tutte le Business Unit e con il Comitato Direttivo.COMPETENZE RICHIESTECapacità di coordinamento trasversale, esercitando leadership e influenzando stakeholder chiave anche in assenza di autorità gerarchica Analisi quantitativa e qualitativa dei dati, con interpretazione critica per generare insight e raccomandazioni strategiche Conoscenza del mercato dell’energia e dell’automazione industriale Elevato livello di autonomia operativa, con capacità di organizzare il lavoro in modo strutturato e orientato ai risultati Ottimi skills di comunicazione e di presentazione Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese scritta e parlata Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto office (excel , ppt,..)
