This role is ideal for candidates with interest or background in digital marketing and/or web design, who enjoy combining customer interaction with technical understanding. You will assist users across multiple channels while representing the brands voice consistently and professionally. Key ResponsibilitiesSupport users with pre-sales, general inquiries, and technical issues Handle interactions via phone, email, chat, social media, and messaging channels Adapt tone and communication style for both private and public channels Manage customer escalations and follow defined escalation processes Document all interactions accurately in internal systems Collaborate with internal teams to ensure high service qualityCandidate RequirementsNative-level German English proficiency at B2 level or higher Mandatory: experience or solid knowledge in digital marketing and/or web design Strong communication and problem-solving skills Comfortable working in a structured, multi-channel support environmentNice to HaveExperience in technical customer support (voice/email/chat) Technical troubleshooting backgroundCompensationBase salary: 1,100 € per month (paid over 14 months) Performance bonus: 180 € for 12 months Meal allowance: 7.23 € net per working dayBenefits & RelocationHealth insurance available from day one with a monthly contribution. Fully covered by the employer after 6 months.
