Per conto di una agenzia MARITTIMA facente parte di un Gruppo Internazionale operativa nel mondo dello YACHTING DI LUSSO che si occupa di gestire l’incoming e tutti i servizi a terra dedicati agli ARMATORI che desiderano ormeggiare a Venezia, ricerchiamo a scopo di apertura di nuova sede:VIP CLIENT CONCIERGE – YACHTING – VENEZIA PORTODETTAGLI DELL’ OFFERTA DI LAVORO:Il candidato inserito nel team con sede a Venezia, ma che può contare su propri colleghi residenti nei principali porti internazionali dedicati allo yachting di Lusso, si occuperà di assistere l’Armatore e il Comandante in tutte le attività tecniche e ludiche per valorizzare il proprio arrivo e permanenza nell’isola di Venezia.Dovrà quindi gestire le pratiche burocratiche necessarie alla fase di atterraggio (rapporti con le agenzie portuali e doganali) e proseguire i propri servizi per tutte le attività necessarie o ludiche della permanenza: bunkeraggio carburante, rifornimento acqua e viveri, eventuali assistenze per manutenzioni ordinarie e straordinarie, assistenza medica, gestione delle richieste per valorizzare l’esperienza turistica: trasferimenti, prenotazioni, organizzazione di visite guidate, etc..Sarà infine sempre compito della figura in ricerca rendersi disponibile al cliente nella gestione dell’approdo successivo contattando il referente locale del gruppo.Dato la tipologia di clientela di Altissimo livello è richiesta l’ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese e la massima riservatezza e disponibilità.COMPITI E RESPONSABILITA’:Assistere il COMANDANTE e l’ARMATORE nelle fasi di pre-atterraggio;Interazione con le agenzie doganali e portuali per l’arrivo dello yacht e dei relativi ospiti; Assistere da terra tutti i generi di rifornimento: bunkeraggio, alimenti, bevande, ricambi, etc;Organizzare eventuali trasferimenti da e per Venezia;Organizzare eventuali visite guidate e/o assistenza turistica per valorizzare il soggiorno;Gestire attivamente le tappe successive all’uscita dal porto;Rendicontare gli economics del progetto.REQUISITI FONDAMENTALI:Esperienza con le pratiche donali e portuali;Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese;Patente di guida B;Riservatezza e flessibilità oraria in stagione;Ottima conoscenza del territorio Venezia centro storico.COSA OFFRIAMO: Contratto a tempo determinato con prospettiva di inserimento a tempo determinato, RAL da valutare in base all’esperienzaSEDE DI LAVORO VENEZIAPer maggiori info sulle posizioni aperte visita il nostro sito internet all’indirizzo:AREA CANDIDATII dati saranno trattati e conservati esclusivamente per finalità di selezioni presenti e future, garantendo i diritti di cui al GDPR 679/2016.
