Protagonista dei principali programmi strategici a livello globale, è partner tecnologico e industriale di Governi, Amministrazioni della Difesa, Istituzioni e imprese.All’interno della struttura di Commercial & Business Development, ed in particolare nell’International Business Development stiamo ricercando un/a Managing Director che sarà distaccato/a nel Pese Kenya con il compito di garantire le attività di business development e il coordinamento delle azioni promozionali delle Divisioni Leonardo e delle controllate sul mercato assegnato, eventualmente, anche attraverso la gestione degli Uffici di Rappresentanza e delle Branch multi-divisionali.Dovrà, inoltre, svolgere attività di scouting degli Enti Istituzionali / Governativi, Agenzie ed organizzazioni industriali per il paese Angola, sviluppando e mantenendo, per i paesi assegnati, un piano di sviluppo del business strategico, assicurando l’interfaccia unitaria di Leonardo verso i Clienti afferenti alla specifica area geografica, ivi inclusi i rapporti con Addetti Militari italiani.Il ruolo richiede di identificare nuove iniziative e nuovi prodotti / soluzioni, in coordinamento con la UO Product Marketing.Requisiti : Titolo di StudioLaurea Magistrale preferibilmente in discipline STEM.Conoscenze linguisticheconoscenza a livello avanzato delle lingue : Italiano e inglese (livello C1);conoscenza avanzata della lingua Portoghese per il ruolo in Angola (Livello C1);conoscenza intermedia della lingua Spagnola (livello B2) titolo preferenziale.SeniorityMinimo 7 anni di anzianità pregressa in ruoli similariCompetenze tecnicheEsperienze similari maturate all’estero;Conoscenze in ambito elettronico afferenti il mondo militare;Competenze maturate nell’ambito del business development;Conoscenza del mercato militareConoscenza dell’offerta e dei prodotti Leonardo (titolo preferenziale)Competenze comportamentaliCapacità ed esperienza nella gestione di team complessi;capacità di interfacciarsi con il cliente e con le istituzioni locali;proattività ed entusiasmo;resilienza.AltroDisponibilità al Distacco esteroSeniority : Expert#J-18808-Ljbffr
