Osmosi S.p.A. – Agenzia per il Lavoro, filiale di Gela (CL) per azienda cliente operante nella costruzione di una centrale elettrica, ricerca un: Construction Manager – Area Meccanica Descrizione della posizione: La risorsa sarà responsabile della gestione e del coordinamento delle attività meccaniche in cantiere, assicurando il rispetto dei tempi, dei costi e degli standard qualitativi e di sicurezza previsti dal progetto. Principali responsabilità Supervisione delle attività meccaniche in cantiere (piping, carpenteria, impiantistica). Coordinamento delle imprese subappaltatrici e del personale tecnico. Controllo avanzamento lavori e reportistica al Project Manager. Verifica del rispetto delle normative di sicurezza e qualità. Gestione delle problematiche tecniche e supporto operativo nelle decisioni strategiche. Requisiti Laurea in Ingegneria Meccanica o titolo equivalente. Esperienza consolidata (min. 5 anni) in ruoli di Construction Manager o Site Manager in cantieri complessi, preferibilmente in ambito centrali elettriche, oil & gas o impiantistica industriale. Ottima conoscenza delle discipline meccaniche (piping, macchine rotanti, carpenteria). Capacità di leadership, problem solving e gestione team multidisciplinari. Disponibilità a trasferte e presenza continuativa in cantiere. Si offre Contratto e inquadramento commisurati all'esperienza. Inserimento in un progetto strategico di rilevanza nazionale.
