Join our Mercer Marsh Benefits Europe Sales Team  as a Digital Enablement Specialist based on our Italian Milan  headquarter. Mercer Marsh Benefits (MMB) is a leading employee benefits consultancy and insurance broker.  Our experienced team helps clients succeeding globally and provides them with a single source for managing the costs, people risks and complexities of employee benefits.  What can you expect? You will work closely with the Mercer Marsh Benefits Europe Regional Team and with the Sales and Marketing & Communication local teams in the various European countries to elevate the new Marsh brand in the European market, contributing to the digital sales strategy, with the ability to adapt global contents and guidelines at a local level personalizing them based on the different countries, with stakeholders and project management skills too. Your main activities/responsibilities will be: Leading digital sales campaigns in B2B companies, driving targeted engagement and measurable results; Creating relevant sales content by leveraging global thought leadership, tailored to local needs in close collaboration with the marketing team; Facilitating and streamlining the digital marketing process with a strong focus on change management to ensure continuous improvement and adoption; To leverage marketing channels to nurture, drive traffic, demand and lead generation; Conducting broader analyses of the business to determine the appropriate sales processes to put in place and inform teams; Developing the digital sales strategy, for the different areas of the business, to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues; Implementing goal setting against the strategy and defines the metrics on how to measure success of sales operations; Guiding and mentors the lower-level professional staff. Requirements: A professional background and skills in digital marketing / digital sales, CRM, digital enablement, communication campaigns linked to sales strategy; Stakeholders management and project management skills; Interpersonal and communication skills and ability to work effectively within a complex matrix organization; A Proactive and entrepreneurial attitude; Ability to understand and link the global/regional big picture to local and customized contexts and strategies; Availability to travel among Europe.
