Chi stiamo cercando Ricerchiamo un/una Site Reliability Engineer (Middle/Senior) con forte focus su observability, affidabilità dei sistemi e automazione . La risorsa lavorerà su servizi critici ad alta disponibilità, contribuendo a garantire uptime, performance e resilienza delle piattaforme. Esperienza in ruolo SRE, DevOps o Infrastructure Engineering; Ottima conoscenza di Prometheus e Grafana (custom dashboard, metriche, alerting); Ottime competenze di Python (advanced) e Shell/Bash scripting; Solida conoscenza di Linux internals (systemd, tuning, processi); Familiarità con cloud provider (AWS, Azure o GCP); Conoscenze di networking TCP/IP; Plus: strumenti di Incident Management (PagerDuty, OpsGenie, Jira Service Management). Attività principali Progettazione e manutenzione dell’architettura di observability; Definizione e monitoraggio di SLI, SLO ed Error Budget; Gestione di incidenti critici e conduzione di blameless post-mortem; Sviluppo di tool e script per toil reduction e auto-remediation; Analisi dei trend di utilizzo e capacity planning; Collaborazione con team Dev, DevOps e Security.
