Position: Customer Support Intern Location: Via Filippo Caruso, 23 – Rome Contract: 6-month Full-time Internship Compensation: €1.000 per month About us Octorate is a tech company operating in the hospitality industry and part of the Dylog-Buffetti Group. We develop a cloud-based, all-in-one platform that helps hotels, B&Bs, and property managers simplify daily operations. With an international client base, we are dedicated to helping our partners grow and succeed through technology. Who we’re looking for We are looking for a patient and tech-savvy Customer Support Intern to join our team in Rome. You will be the first point of contact for our international clients (especially those in French-speaking markets), helping them navigate our platform and solving their daily challenges. This internship is perfect for someone who loves problem-solving, enjoys helping others, and wants to understand how a SaaS product works from the inside out. Key responsibilities Support the team during the onboarding process for new clients Assist colleagues in providing customer support via email, chat, and phone Help update CRM and support tools with accurate client information Contribute to collecting customer feedback and sharing insights with the team Minimum requirements Fluency in Italian, English, and French (C1 minimum – written and spoken) is mandatory.
