We are 13,000+ employees, we operate globally with 80+ global offices, and we serve over 4,800+ customers worldwide.Your RoleYour duties and responsibilitiesMonitor regulatory provisions of potential impact for products and systems offered by the Group, and, through impact analysis, evaluate the effectiveness of identified solutions for compliance with legal/regulatory requirementsProvide consulting activities towards internal and external Clients, in the implementation of new products and services in the regulatory fieldSupport the process of drafting and updating policies, procedures and company operating instructionsSupport in managing relations with Customers and external authoritiesOther duties: We might ask you to perform other tasks and duties as your role expands.Your Skills, Experience, And Qualifications RequiredMaster’s degree in law, economics or an equivalent degree (with honors)Good knowledge of banking processesGood knowledge of regulatory framework applicable to banking and financial institutionsStrong motivation and passion for ComplianceEnthusiastic and proactive attitudeDrive for innovation and business evolutionExcellent knowledge of the English and Italian languageWhat We OfferPermanent employment contract.LocationMilan, Parma.Important NotesAccording to the Italian Law (L.68/99) please note that candidates from the disability list will be given priority.Seniority level: Entry levelEmployment type: Full-timeJob function: Finance and SalesIndustries: Software Development#J-18808-Ljbffr
