Role Description The IT Delivery Specialist is a hands‑on role responsible for configuring the software product based on specifications provided by consultants, managing integrations with banking services, and providing technical support throughout the delivery cycle. The specialist works closely with internal teams (functional consultants and product development) to ensure proper functioning of implemented solutions, including debugging, developing integration components, and tracking tickets. Main Tasks Configure software product setups to be implemented, based on consultants' requests. Debug code based on reports and anomalies. Develop system integration components for banking services (APIs, middleware). Monitor and manage tickets via Help Desk (product issues) and Jira (SIT/UAT issues). Collaborate with development and operations teams for rapid problem resolution. Document implemented activities and solutions. Main Requirements Degree in Computer Engineering or Information Technology. Alternatively, a technical‑industrial diploma with focus on IT and minimum 3 years’ experience in the IT sector. Familiarity with Windows/Linux environments. Good knowledge of English. Skills Knowledge of Microsoft Windows operating systems (both client and server) or high level of autonomy without requiring administrative skills. Knowledge of MSSQL or ability to read an ER diagram, understand its semantics, read queries, and make changes if necessary. Team player. Ability to work under stressful conditions (e.g., end of UAT project). Problem‑solving skills. Knowledge of .NET (C#) object‑oriented programming languages. Experience with REST APIs, SOAP, and system integration. Additional Value Knowledge of MS PowerShell. Knowledge of containerization principles and main container orchestrators (Kubernetes). Knowledge of Angular language (framework used for front‑end development). Knowledge of cloud computing management (preferably MS Azure).
