Produzione Jobtech, agenzia digitale per il lavoro, è alla ricerca di un/a IT Manager per un solido gruppo italiano operante nel settore commercio B2B e B2C, in fase di forte evoluzione digitale, con sede nei pressi di Paullo (MI). Sarai l’unico punto di riferimento interno per l’intera funzione IT, riporterai direttamente alla Direzione e avrai un ruolo centrale nel supporto operativo quotidiano e nella trasformazione digitale dell’azienda. Durata contratto: Inserimento a tempo indeterminato; Specifiche contratto: 1° livello CCNL Commercio, RAL tra 40.€ - 45.000€ + benefit; Disponibilità oraria: Full time, in presenza; Data di inizio: il prima possibile. ResponsabilitàSupporto quotidiano a circa 40 utenti presso la sede aziendale (PC, stampanti, rete, email, applicativi) e gestione delle postazioni di lavoro. Gestione operativa IT e ruolo centrale nella trasformazione digitale dell’azienda.QualificheEsperienza di almeno 5–8 anni in ruoli IT in PMI strutturate; Esperienza come IT Manager unico. Conoscenza di Microsoft 365, ambienti Windows, networking e sicurezza, ERP (preferibilmente Microsoft Business Central). Sistemi di BI (es. Board) e PIM/DAM (es. Pimcore); Piattaforme e-commerce (preferibilmente Shopify / Magento). Capacità di dialogare sia con utenti interni a tutti i livelli, sia con fornitori sia software house. Nice to have: Mentalità pratica e orientata ai risultati; Proattività e orientamento al problem solving; Precisione e attenzione al rispetto delle scadenze e dei budget.#J-18808-Ljbffr
