We are looking for a new colleague in the role of Senior Project Developer to reinforce our Italian Team The Senior Project Developer will be responsible reporting to the Head of Development working on greenfield projects and co‑developments, ensuring the achievement of the ready‑to‑build stage and working on the construction permitting liaising with the implementation team. Key responsibilities Analyses solar projects (including Due Diligence and commercial negotiations) and secures internal approvals. Coordinates and manages development & permitting process of projects to ensure a timely RTB (ready‑to‑build) status. Manages relationships (including contractual obligations) with co‑development partners. Prepares projects for submissions to tenders and authorizations. Manages relationships with external and relevant stakeholders (e.g. municipalities, public authorities, DSO, TSO, regional bodies, landowners and service providers). Coordinates internal teams such as legal, engineering, construction, finance and controlling. Develops an in‑depth knowledge of the local market legislation, regulations, subsidiary schemes, etc. Controls costs and cash‑flow within the development budget. Your profile At least 4‑5 years of experience in development of renewable energy projects in Italy. Experience in tendering Fer‑X is a plus. Deep knowledge of site‑securing, interconnection and permitting processes of renewable projects in Italy. Extensive knowledge and experience on environmental issues. Knowledge of AutoCAD is a plus. Good interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work well in a team. University degree. Native Italian is a must and fluent in English (Spanish is a plus).
