We are looking for a motivated Junior Project Developer to reinforce our Italian Team The Junior Project Developer will support the development of greenfield projects and co‑developments, ensuring the achievement of the ready‑to‑build stage and working on construction permitting while liaising with the implementation team. The position reports to the Head of Development. Key responsibilities Assist in the analysis of solar projects, supporting due diligence and commercial discussions. Support the coordination of development and permitting activities to help projects reach “ready to build” status. Help maintain relationships with co‑development partners and assist with contractual follow‑ups. Prepare documentation for tender submissions and project authorizations under guidance. Support communication with external stakeholders (municipalities, public authorities, DSOs, TSOs, landowners, service providers). Collaborate with internal teams such as legal, engineering, construction, finance, and controlling. Develop knowledge of local market legislation, regulations, and incentive schemes. Assist in monitoring project costs and budget tracking within the development phase. Your profile 1–2 years of experience in development of renewable energy projects in Italy. Knowledge of AutoCAD is a plus. Good interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to work well in a team. University degree. Native Italian is a must and fluent in English (Spanish is a plus).
