In this role you will be responsible for shift operations at our DCs and support the DC manager in performance management and driving the operational plan.Essential FunctionsWorking with the Center manager to ensure smooth function of the Amazon transportation operations in MumbaiExecuting the delivery process from delivery station to customer addressEnsure enough bandwidth in delivery team to ensure peak time delivery managementContinuously improve the delivery process and attain a sustained level of delivery performance improvementStrong execution skills, action orientedResourceful to identify the way to get things done using limited resourcesAbility to work under pressure situationsKey job responsibilitiesTeam managementOverall Losses MonitoredBasic QualificationsPreferred QualificationsSpeak, write, and read fluently in EnglishOur inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
