Job description Siamo alla ricerca di un IT DIRECTOR che si occupi di garantire l'implementazione di nuovi sistemi e tecnologie e di guidare la pianificazione strategica e tattica, lo sviluppo, la valutazione e il coordinamento del dipartimento IT.Responsabilità principali:- Sviluppare e supervisionare strategie IT intelligenti che si allineano agli obiettivi aziendali.- Gestire le risorse, il personale e i costi operativi del dipartimento IT.- Guidare la progettazione, lo sviluppo, l'implementazione e il supporto dei sistemi tecnologici a supporto dell'azienda.- Assicurare la sicurezza dei dati, l'accesso alla rete e i sistemi di backup.- Agire come principale collegamento per i fornitori di tecnologia e i prestatori di servizi.- Preparare bilanci e rapporti di performance.- Mantenere l'aggiornamento con i progressi nelle infrastrutture e nei sistemi IT rilevanti per l'industria automobilistica.- Promuovere iniziative che contribuiscano all'eccellenza operativa a lungo termine.La risorsa ideale sarà in possesso di:- Laurea triennale o magistrale in Informatica, o cultura equivalente.- Esperienza comprovata nel ruolo, maturata all’interno di aziende di grandi dimensioni.- Solida comprensione dei sistemi informatici (hardware/software), delle reti, ecc.- Esperienza nella gestione del budget IT.- Conoscenza approfondita di analisi dei dati, gestione e pratiche di protezione dei dati.- Competenza nell'installazione, configurazione, risoluzione dei problemi e manutenzione dei sistemi.- Familiarità con i sistemi ERP SAP e altri software rilevanti per il settore.- Eccellenti capacità di leadership e organizzative.- Abilità analitiche e di risoluzione dei problemi.- Eccellenti capacità comunicative e interpersonali.Competenze tecniche richieste:- Conoscenza approfondita dei sistemi informatici.- Esperienza nella gestione delle reti.- Competenze nella protezione dei dati.Cosa offriamo:- Opportunità di crescita professionale.- Ambiente di lavoro stimolante e collaborativo.- Formazione continua e aggiornamenti sulle nuove tecnologie.Luogo di lavoro:Milano, Italia.
