Azienda connotata da grande crescita e con focus R&D sita nel Veneto centrale, ci ha incaricati di ricercare il/la Sales Manager Europe. La figura, collaborando con il Direttore Vendite e Marketing e il Product & Innovation Director per sviluppare nuovi prodotti, dovrà mettere in atto il piano di sviluppo di mercato per le regioni, i clienti e il Sales team assegnati. Responsabile dei volumi, dei ricavi e della redditività delle regioni di sua competenza, proporrà un piano di vendita annuale in linea con gli obiettivi strategici di sviluppo aziendale. Inoltre sarà responsabile della fidelizzazione dei clienti esistenti con l'ideazione di nuovi progetti (supervisionandone lo stato di avanzamento), del prezzo di vendita dei prodotti, dei margini e del controllo che i dati di vendita, delle revisioni e dei gliding ordini siano aggiornati. Sono richiesti: capacità di lavoro in squadra, di gestione e coordinamento di risorse, di problem solving, disponibilità a partecipare a fiere di settore nelle regioni assegnati e conoscenza dell'inglese.
