As a Structuring & Origination Expert , you will join Plenitude Societa Benefit . Specifically, within Energy Management, the Structuring & Origination team is responsible for identifying and structuring energy offtake opportunities through short/medium-term contracts or PPAs, and offtake from battery storage systems (BESS).Main activitiesSupport origination activities for electricity purchases (short/medium-term off-take contracts and PPAs) and the management of flexibility assets (e.g., BESS) from third parties for energy portfolio diversificationAssist in researching and analyzing renewable energy, PPA, and flexibility markets in terms of competition, industry trends, price discovery and benchmarking, and regulatory changesContribute to the development of tailor‑made product offerings for customersBuild and maintain relationships with internal teams and external counterparts (producers, developers, corporates)Required characteristicsMaster's degree in a STEM discipline. Other qualifications and fields of study may be considered, provided significant experience in the role is demonstrated.At least 3 years of experience gained in similar contextsKnowledge of the gas and power markets and experience in initiating and executing structured product agreementsKnowledge of standard and structured products characteristic of the gas & power market and the ways in which these are priced (costs/risks)Programming skills (Python)Good knowledge of the English language.Milan Office.
