Castello di Casole, a Belmond property, is seeking aPool Attendant / Lifeguardfor the 2026 season. In this role you will ensure a safe and welcoming pool environment for our guests while delivering personalized service that reflects LQA standards. This is an opportunity to grow in a world‑class hospitality setting where professionalism, teamwork, and genuine care define every interaction.ResponsibilitiesWelcome and assist guests courteously and efficiently, anticipating their needs and creating a memorable poolside experienceMaintain cleanliness and organization of the pool area, workstations, and pool furniture at all timesMonitor pool safety and hygiene standards, taking proactive measures to ensure a safe environmentWork closely with colleagues from other departments to provide seamless service and operational supportFollow all Belmond policies, procedures, and service standards to deliver consistent, high‑quality guest experiencesRequirementsFluent in English and ItalianA valid Lifeguard Certification is preferredEffective communication: ability to communicate clearly and appropriately, both verbally and non‑verbally, to positively impact your role, the team, and the guest experience. Uses and interprets non‑verbal behaviors to enhance understandingEmotional intelligence: able to manage and express your emotions while handling interpersonal relationships professionallyCollaboration: works effectively within a team, sharing information and skills respectfully, and actively seeks self‑development opportunitiesDrive results: delivers exceptional, consistent service to both internal and external customers, anticipating and exceeding expectations.
