Company Overview Created 20 years ago, Amal Embroideries Pvt Ltd. is an embroidery company specialised in research and development of hand‑made embroideries. The company is mainly focused on valuing the craft to create cutting‑edge embroideries for renown European fashion brands. Our headquarters, main offices and embroidery factories are based in Mumbai (India). Our European headquarters is based in Rome, where we have a creative embroidery atelier. We have an additional design office in Paris.Pillars of the CompanyCreation, Innovation, high level hand embroideryProposing new ideas to our customers.Working hand‑in‑hand with our clients to create their collections and ideas.Producing commercial pieces in respect of quality and time.ExperienceDegree in product development, fashion technology or a related field.Strong sensibility for materials, craftsmanship, and luxury standards.Experience in project coordination within fashion or design.Strong numerical, organisational, and problem‑solving skills.Ability to communicate clearly with teams and clients across Europe and India.Proficiency with project‑management tools and a collaborative mindset.Job Content Product Development & Technical SupportOrganise and track new and ongoing projects, maintaining folders, files, priorities, and ensuring alignment of all details between internal teams and the client, updating continuously as changes are made.Conduct technique and material research within Europe and India.Review DXF patterns, technical packs, embroidery artworks, and mock‑ups.Oversee production timelines and follow shipments between Amal and the client.Coordinate with clients regarding meetings, shipment schedules, archives, and pricing/invoicing.Communication & CoordinationMaintain agendas, schedule meetings, and attend client meetings when required.Maintain accurate project trackers and monitor progress across studios in Rome and India.Coordinate daily between Italy and India to ensure clarity, consistency, and timely follow‑up on all tasks.Translate and forward client requests, ensuring all relevant parties remain informed and aligned.Logistics & Finance SupportTrack all shipments between Italy, Europe, and India.Support communication between clients and the India.Assist with invoice follow‑ups, reimbursement tracking, and maintaining accurate financial documentation.Monitor vintage archive movements and support vintage purchasing, tracking, and documentation.Skills RequiredExcellent communicator; clear, positive, pragmatic.Strong coordination and multitasking abilities.Proficient in Excel, Word, Photoshop, Illustrator, and DXF file handling.Fluent in English and Italian.Confident with numbers, codes and mathematics.Comfortable working with multicultural, multi‑timezone teams.Job Advert – Project & Embroidery Development Coordinator (Rome) We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Project & Embroidery Development Coordinator to support our design, production, and studio teams in Europe and India.
