Our passionate, multicultural team of over 160 employees operates from our European offices in London (HQ), Paris, Grenoble, Milan, Hamburg, and Madrid.Role Overview: Junior Affiliate Partnership Manager As a Junior Affiliate Partnership Manager, you will be responsible for the daily management of existing affiliate programs, with a strong focus on the DACH market. Your role includes managing and optimizing the performance of affiliate accounts by monitoring lead volume, conversion rates, and commissions on a daily basis. Developing a solid understanding of affiliate platform dashboards and our internal performance monitoring tools is essential to meet the day-to-day requirements of this position.Key ResponsibilitiesPerformance Review– Analyze merchant performance on Kelkoo using affiliate network and internal Cube data.KPI Monitoring– Track gross margin, commission levels, lead volume, and calculate eCPC for each merchant.Campaign Development & Optimization– Support revenue and lead growth via CPA increases, CSS approvals, and feed quality improvements.Campaign Maintenance &
