Our passionate, multicultural team of over 160 employees operates from our European offices in London (HQ), Paris, Grenoble, Milan, Hamburg, and Madrid.Role Overview As a Junior Affiliate Partnership Manager, you will be responsible for the daily management of existing affiliate programs, with a strong focus on the DACH market. Your role includes managing and optimizing the performance of affiliate accounts by monitoring lead volume, conversion rates, and commissions on a daily basis. Developing a solid understanding of affiliate platform dashboards and our internal performance monitoring tools is essential to meet the day‑to‑day requirements of this position.Key ResponsibilitiesPerformance Review – Analyze merchant performance on Kelkoo using affiliate network and internal Cube data.KPI Monitoring – Track gross margin, commission levels, lead volume, and calculate eCPC for each merchant.Campaign Development & Optimization – Support revenue and lead growth via CPA increases, CSS approvals, and feed quality improvements.Campaign Maintenance &
