Are you ready to add your unique flavor to our journey? Job Description Barilla G. e R. Fratelli is looking for a Maintenance Engineer for its Rubbiano Sauces Plant. The position will report to the Plant Engineer. Job Purpose The purpose of the role is to support the organization in the implementation, management, and optimization of preventive and corrective maintenance plans, ensuring equipment efficiency and the achievement of plant KPIs, while complying with quality and safety standards. Key Accountability Maintenance Plan Management : Collects, organizes, and updates technical area maintenance plans, entering them into the maintenance management system (SAP PM, Excel, or other dedicated software). Failure and Criticality Analysis : Works with maintenance and technical professionals to analyze failure modes identifying critical machines and components through production and maintenance data analysis. Maintenance Scheduling : Defines maintenance activity dates in coordination with production planning, ensuring the availability of required resources (internal / external labor, spare parts). Spare Parts and BOM Management : Interfaces with the maintenance warehouse to align plans with stock levels; prepares and updates equipment BOMs to track links between parts and machinery, optimizing stock code management and ABC classification. Plan Compliance Verification : Ensures, together with area managers, that maintenance plans are properly executed according to timing and standards, including verification of work orders within the management system. Data Collection and Analysis : Gathers post‑intervention information to update and improve plans; develops technical KPIs (downtime due to failures, failure frequency, number of maintenance orders, compliance with frequencies) and economic KPIs (monthly costs vs. budget). Continuous Improvement Support : Proposes continuous improvement activities on equipment and supports corrective maintenance operations by integrating and optimizing preventive maintenance plans. Procedure Sharing Prepares, shares, and disseminates maintenance procedures. Key Requirements Master's Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Management Engineering, or equivalent. At least 6 months of experience in a similar role within a structured company environment. Fluent English proficiency. Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office tools. Strong continuous improvement mindset. Solid analytical skills in technical and management data. Barilla G. e R. Job Purpose L’obiettivo della posizione è supportare l’organizzazione nell’implementazione, gestione e ottimizzazione dei piani di manutenzione preventiva e correttiva, per garantire l’efficienza degli impianti e il raggiungimento dei KPI di stabilimento nel rispetto dei requisiti di qualità e sicurezza. Principali responsabilità Gestione dei Piani di Manutenzione : Raccoglie, organizza e aggiorna i piani di manutenzione dell’area tecnica, inserendoli nel sistema informativo di manutenzione (SAP PM, Excel o altri software dedicati). Analisi Criticità e Guasti : Collabora con i manutentori e i professional per l’analisi delle modalità di guasto, individuando macchine e componenti critici tramite l’elaborazione dei dati di produzione e manutenzione. Schedulazione Interventi : Definisce le date delle attività di manutenzione in accordo con la programmazione della produzione, verificando la disponibilità delle risorse necessarie (manodopera interna / esterna, ricambistica). Gestione Ricambistica e BOM : Si interfaccia con il magazzino di manutenzione per garantire l’allineamento tra piani e giacenze, redige e aggiorna la BOM degli impianti per tracciare il collegamento tra ricambi e impianti, ottimizzando la gestione dei codici di magazzino e la categorizzazione ABC. Verifica Applicazione Piani : Controlla, insieme ai responsabili di area, che i piani di manutenzione siano correttamente applicati secondo tempi e standard, anche tramite la verifica degli ordini di lavoro nel sistema gestionale. Raccolta e Analisi Dati : Raccoglie informazioni a valle degli interventi per aggiornare e migliorare i piani, elabora KPI tecnici (indisponibilità per guasto, frequenza di guasto, numero ordini di manutenzione, rispetto delle frequenze) ed economici (costo mensile vs budget). Supporto Miglioramento Continuo : Propone attività di miglioramento continuo sugli impianti e supporta le attività di manutenzione correttiva, integrando e ottimizzando i piani di manutenzione preventiva. Diffusione Procedure : Predispone, condivide e diffonde le procedure di manutenzione, mitigando il rischio di perdita di informazioni strategiche in caso di turnover del personale. Requisiti Laurea magistrale in Ingegneria Meccanica, Gestionale o simili. Almeno 6 mesi di esperienza in ruolo affine in un contesto aziendale strutturato. Conoscenza fluente della lingua inglese. Ottima conoscenza degli strumenti Microsoft Office. Orientamento al miglioramento continuo. Capacità di analisi dati tecnici e gestionali. Attitudine al lavoro in team e alla collaborazione con diversi stakeholder.
