Per un nostro Cliente, Scale Up innovativa, cerchiamo un/una Head of Marketing strategico/a e operativo/a, con esperienza nella crescita di brand e nella generazione di lead in contesti digitali ad alta scalabilità. La figura avrà la responsabilità di definire, implementare e ottimizzare le strategie di marketing B2C (70%) e B2B (30%), coordinando un team interno e gestendo agenzie e partner esterni. L’obiettivo principale sarà accelerare la crescita del business attraverso attività di performance marketing, brand building, customer acquisition e retention, garantendo coerenza e impatto della comunicazione su tutti i canali. Posizione Definire e guidare la strategia marketing integrata (B2C e B2B) in linea con gli obiettivi di crescita dell’azienda. Pianificare e supervisionare campagne di performance marketing multicanale (paid social, search, display, email, influencer, partnership). Gestire la lead generation B2B, sviluppando strategie per partnership, eventi e canali digitali. Monitorare KPI e performance di campagne, budget e ROI, implementando azioni di ottimizzazione continua. Guidare e far crescere il team marketing interno, assicurando una collaborazione efficace tra aree (digital, content, CRM, design). Coordinare agenzie esterne e fornitori (media buying, PR, creatività, eventi). Collaborare con i reparti Sales, Product e Operations per garantire allineamento strategico e massimizzare i risultati di business. Sviluppare e mantenere una forte brand identity e una comunicazione coerente su tutti i touchpoint. Supportare la strategia di event marketing (fiere, conferenze, workshop) come leva di crescita e di brand awareness. Laurea o Master in Marketing, Comunicazione, Economia o discipline affini. 5+ anni di esperienza in ruoli di marketing strategico e operativo, preferibilmente in contesti scaleup o digital-first. Esperienza comprovata nella gestione di campagne B2C e B2B, con forte focus su performance marketing. Conoscenza avanzata di tool di marketing automation, analytics, CRM e advertising (Google Ads, LinkedIn, etc.). Capacità di gestione di budget, risorse e agenzie esterne. Ottime doti analitiche, orientamento al risultato e mentalità data-driven. Eccellenti capacità di leadership, comunicazione e project management. Passione per l’education, l’innovazione digitale e gli eventi come strumenti di impatto e crescita.
