OverviewManager – Product Quality & Product Behaviour VehiclesThe CompanyThe company headquarters is located in Bolzano, Northern Italy, at the plant formerly owned by Lancia, a renowned manufacturer of industrial vehicles founded in 1937 and incorporated into the Iveco Group in 1975.Iveco Defence Vehicles boasts an independent internal structure entirely dedicated to research and development, with full access to the company’s extensive engineering resources.Role SummaryWithin the Product Quality Vehicles function, the Manager will be responsible for ensuring product quality and overseeing product behaviour across running contracts.The role includes full ownership of project quality activities, process supervision, advanced technical support, and continuous interaction with Program Managers and other key internal stakeholders.The Manager will also lead activities related to product performance in the field, reliability monitoring, and continuous improvement initiatives.Qualifications / RequirementsTechnical degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronic Engineering.Excellent command of the English language (spoken and written).Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Proven ability to manage teams and complex projects.Essential ResponsibilitiesLead and coordinate all Project Quality Management activities during project execution phases.Ensure achievement of defined quality targets and compliance with contractual and internal requirements.Collaborate closely with Program Managers, Engineering, Manufacturing, Service, and other functions to resolve quality-related issues.Monitor quality KPIs and drive implementation of corrective and preventive actions.Main ActivitiesOversee documentation management related to quality processes.Supervise technical analyses concerning:production process issues;field reports and product behaviour issues;technical deviations and non-conformities.Define and implement technical and organizational solutions to ensure product quality.Provide operational and strategic support for continuous improvement and defect reduction initiatives.Product Behaviour ResponsibilitiesMonitor and analyse product behaviour in the field, collecting data on reliability, performance trends, and customer feedback.Work closely with After Sales, Service, and Field Quality teams to identify recurring issues and prioritise improvements.Lead or support root cause analysis activities for high-impact issues.Develop structured improvement plans to enhance product performance, reliability, and customer satisfaction.Prepare periodic reporting on product behaviour KPIs and communicate findings to internal stakeholders.#J-18808-Ljbffr
