Boutique 4-star luxury hotel in the heart of historic RomeHotel Monte Cenci is looking for a Front Office Agent (Receptionist) to join our front desk team.You will be the first point of contact for our guests and will play a key role in delivering a warm, personalized experience in line with the high standards of our boutique luxury hospitality.Main ResponsibilitiesAs a Front Office Agent, your main duties will include:Managing check‑in and check‑out procedures with accuracy and courtesyWelcoming guests and assisting them throughout their stayHandling reservations (direct and through OTAs)Providing local recommendations and concierge‑style support (transfers, reservations, etc.)Operating the Protel property management system and managing daily transactionsPromoting hotel services through upselling and guest engagementCoordinating with housekeeping, maintenance, and F&B departmentsResolving guest issues with discretion and professionalismRequirementsPrevious experience in similar roles within luxury hotels or upscale hospitality settingsExcellent command of English (knowledge of a second language is a plus)Familiarity with Protel PMSOutstanding communication and interpersonal skillsProfessional appearance, discretion, and attention to detailAvailability to work on shifts, including weekends and holidaysWhat We OfferA refined and welcoming work environmentA close‑knit and motivated teamOpportunities for learning and professional growthDirect interaction with international guestsA central location in the heart of Rome’s historic districtContract and salary based on experience and profileAbout UsHotel Monte Cenci is a luxury 4‑star boutique hotel located a short walk from Campo de’ Fiori, Pantheon and Trastevere, in one of the most enchanting corners of Rome.We are committed to offering warm, refined, and personalized hospitality to every guest.Joining our team means becoming part of a structure where quality, elegance, and attention to detail are at the core of everything we do.#J-18808-Ljbffr
