Are you a skilled Business Analyst in turning business needs into powerful IT solutions? Do you thrive on being the bridge between stakeholders and technology teams? Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) is seeking a dedicated Business Analyst to join our team in Turin.

This is your chance to take end-to-end responsibility for delivering critical IT projects. You will play a pivotal role in analyzing business needs, defining requirements, and ensuring the successful delivery of solutions that drive our client's success.

What You'll Do:

Be the Bridge: Collaborate closely with business stakeholders through workshops and interviews to deeply understand their objectives, challenges, and opportunities.
Define the Vision: Gather, analyze, and document business and functional requirements, translating them into clear user stories, business requirements documents, and functional specifications.
Ensure Quality Delivery: Develop and review test scenarios, support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and validate that the final solution perfectly aligns with business requirements.
Drive Problem-Solving: Act as a key driver for problem resolution, monitor application quality, and contribute to Proof-of-Concept studies and innovative projects.
Embrace Agility: Work within an Agile framework to facilitate the seamless transition of services and ensure the continuous improvement of IT solutions.

What You'll Bring:

Must-Have Experience:

5+ years of solid experience as a Business Analyst on IT projects.
A strong background in software development, system implementation, or digital transformation projects.
Proven ability to collaborate effectively with both business stakeholders and technical teams.
Experience working in Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid environments.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills in both Italian and English .

Nice-to-Have Skills:

Proficiency in SQL and database querying.
Experience with data mapping and data migration projects.
Familiarity with Business Intelligence tools like Power BI or Tableau.
