We continuously push ourselves forward to build a more equitable, inclusive world for employees, customers, and communities.The RoleYour day‑to‑day responsibilities will include: collaborating with customers to uncover business needs and technical requirements, crafting tailored resiliency solutions, and presenting the business and technical benefits of our solutions to decision‑makers.You will work closely with Technical Solutioning and Solutioning Managers in high‑level business/IT discussions, develop cost models, lead deals to profitability, and facilitate smooth engagement hand‑over. Your technical expertise will shine through presenting solution documents and standardizing go‑to‑market pitches across industries.Who You AreYou’re customer‑focused, driven by a growth mindset, open to collaboration, and capable of communicating complex problems and scalable solutions effectively.Required Skills and Experience5 years of experience in developing IT solutions around Resiliency Architecture, Business Continuity Planning (BCP), Disaster Recovery (DR), DR Testing, High Availability Design, Cyber Resiliency Strategies, Resiliency Orchestration, and Automation.Expertise with IT organizational models, IT governance, management and operating models, and IT financing models.Proven ability to design and build technical solutions based on customer requirements, including understanding customer needs, analyzing complex problems, and proposing effective, scalable solutions.Understanding of various IT domains such as infrastructure management, cloud computing, networking, cybersecurity, and enterprise systems.Excellent customer and presentation skills.Preferred Skills and ExperienceExperience in a pre‑sales, consulting or advisory role, providing strategic guidance and solutions to customers.Knowledge of designing architectures for cloud environments, hybrid infrastructure, and integrating diverse systems.Experience supporting sales efforts by collaborating with the sales team, preparing sales materials, participating in customer presentations, and contributing to proposal development.Being YouDiversity is more than how we look.
