Buona conoscenza (parlata e scritta) di lingue straniere (preferibilmente inglese, francese o spagnolo).Comprensione di base dei documenti di Ingegneria / Approvvigionamento / Costruzione / Messa in servizio.Orientato ai dettagli, affidabile e fidato.Buona conoscenza di Adobe Acrobat.Familiarità con i sistemi di gestione dei documenti elettronici.Almeno più di 1 anno di esperienza in ruoli di gestione dei documenti in progetti EPC.Controllare tutti gli aspetti della documentazione del progetto.Preparare, gestire e aggiornare le Procedure di Controllo Documenti in linea con il Sistema di Gestione Documentale del Cliente.Garantire il corretto supporto al controllo dei documenti per ciascun progetto.Produrre e mantenere i Rapporti di Avanzamento Documenti per i Project Manager.Assicurarsi che tutta la documentazione fornita sia conforme ai requisiti di formattazione di qualità del Cliente.Creare cartelle di controllo dei documenti e corrispondenza per singoli progetti.Lavorare in stretta collaborazione con il Project Manager per garantire l’integrazione dello stato di avanzamento del progetto.Assicurarsi che tutti i modelli utilizzati dal dipartimento siano conformi allo standard del Client.#J-18808-Ljbffr
