As AI Strategy Lead at ABB Robotics, you will define and drive the enterprise AI roadmap, turning emerging capabilities into measurable business value. You will partner across business lines to prioritize high-impact opportunities, scale pilots to enterprise-wide implementations, and establish governance to ensure sustainable outcomes. This role sits in a fast-moving, transformation-driven environment, shaping how AI changes decision-making and value creation. You will work in Europe with hybrid collaboration, contributing to ABB's robotics-focused growth and the broader SoftBank-backed transformation journey.
Responsabilità Define and lead the enterprise AI strategy and roadmap aligned with transformation objectives.
Identify and prioritize high-value AI opportunities across business lines.
Drive adoption from pilot to enterprise-wide implementation with measurable outcomes.
Establish AI governance, prioritization, and portfolio transparency.
Redesign processes and operating models using AI to create value beyond automation.
Monitor AI developments and translate them into practical opportunities.
Build organizational capability for AI through skills, mindsets, and adoption frameworks.
Requisiti fondamentali Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, Technology, Data Science, or related discipline; advanced qualification advantageous.
Significant experience in AI strategy, digital transformation, or enterprise transformation in complex organizations.
Proven track record translating emerging technologies into strategic, scalable initiatives with measurable outcomes.
Deep understanding of enterprise AI applications, value creation, and scaling AI across an organization.
Experience establishing governance frameworks and driving adoption of AI initiatives across multiple functions and geographies.
Excellent strategic, analytical, and commercial acumen with ability to prioritize investments and balance value, risk, and readiness.
Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills with senior leaders.
