What you will doSupport in delivering complex projects to Insurance and Reinsurance clients Support in different phases of the implementation of SAP Reinsurance solution (FS‑RI) Work with the project team, team leaders, and client stakeholders to create stand‑out solutions meeting clients' needs Analyze technical and functional integration requirements Be part of a team that is delivering enterprise‑wide SAP transformational programs Develop your knowledge of and gain project experience in SAP’s newest and future solutions Interact with clients to understand their operational, process and functional requirements Comprehend and document complex business processesWhat we are looking for RequirementsBachelor’s degree in Economics, Engineering, Computer Science, Maths or equivalent Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication along with strong client relationship skills Strong analytical mindset, structured and problem‑solving skills Experience with Excel and PowerPoint Fluent in English (oral and in writing) Ability to travel up to 50% Must be legally authorized to work in Italy without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the futureNice to haveFirst understanding of the technology and how it affects clients’ area of the business, trends associated with the technology Insurance/Reinsurance industry experience of advantage Additional local language skills in ItalianWhat we offerA place where individuals are equally valued and where diversity and cultural differences are cherished.
