Nel 2025 è stata aperta la nuova sede Audi Milano in via Cassano d’Adda 3.Role – CRM SpecialistLa risorsa opererà all’interno del team Marketing, supportando le funzioni Sales, BDC e Customer Service, occupandosi della gestione e evoluzione della piattaforma Salesforce.ResponsibilitiesTrainer interno – creazione di guide operative, video-pillole e sessioni di formazione per le aree Sales, BDC e Customer Service.Tech support – supporto operativo agli utenti e risoluzione delle problematiche quotidiane (Help Desk di primo livello su Salesforce).Proattività e miglioramento continuo – raccolta dei feedback degli utenti interni e proposta di evoluzioni e ottimizzazioni della piattaforma.QualificationsSolida capacità di setup e configurazione di Salesforce Sales Cloud (gestione utenti, profili, campi, page layout).Conoscenza operativa di Salesforce Flow per la creazione di automatismi logici senza codice.Capacità di realizzare report e dashboard per il monitoraggio delle performance.Esperienza base nella gestione della qualità dei dati, incluse attività di pulizia, importazione ed esportazione (Data Loader o Import Wizard) e deduplica.Plus: provenienza dal settore automotive o precedente esperienza diretta con Salesforce Data Cloud e Agentforce.#J-18808-Ljbffr
