Clivet SpA is looking for a Project Leader to join its R&D team.ResponsibilitiesLead end-to-end project execution, ensuring alignment with scope, timelines, and deliverables. Manage planning, risk mitigation, and product qualification from concept to launch.Work closely with cross‑functional teams (Marketing, Quality, Production, Purchasing, Logistics) and external suppliers to define, qualify, and approve new products. Maintain all technical and commercial documentation.Drive problem‑solving and decision‑making across departments to keep projects on track.Monitor project performance, provide regular updates to stakeholders, and implement corrective actions when necessary.QualificationsA Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Energy Engineering (preferred).
