Title: Commercial Director - Animal HealthLocation: Italy - Remote with expectation to travel within ItalyPackage: €100,000 (negotiable) + Bonus (Package dependent on experience)Reports to: CEOResponsibilities- Commercial Director opening with a global pharmaceutical manufacturer operating within the veterinary / animal health market.- Responsible for managing a team of 100+, with 8 direct reports across Italy.- Manage relationships with distributors, veterinary clinics, pet shops, pharmacies, and wholesalers.- Identify and seize new market opportunities, both domestically and internationally.- Responsible for preparing sales forecasts, budgets, and reports.Requirements:- Must have experience within the Animal Health industry - specifically the companion animal sector alongside Bovine and Equine as a plus- Must have proven experience leading sales teams.- Strong understanding of international distribution channels.
