Your Impact in This Role The Commercial Director will work alongside the Operations Director and share the P&L for the Stjernøy cluster in Norway. The cluster produces high‑purity nepheline syenite, which is sold worldwide (90% exported) through Sibelco’s network of offices. In this role you will: Define pricing strategy and mechanisms in collaboration with Operations, deliver the commercial part of the P&L, and grow sales in existing and new applications, markets and geographies. Lead the sales strategy (target customers, applications and pricing) and manage overall sales and marketing activities for the cluster. Develop new business by understanding customer needs and applications, adopting a “hunting” approach while supporting the global sales team with technical expertise. Steer the development of an effective commercial strategy using data‑driven territory plans, opportunity pipeline management, and continuous improvement of customer services.
