We are looking for a motivated Guest Experience Agent to join our pre-opening team.The role will report to the Guest Experience Manager. Conveniently located adjacent to Rome Termini Station and a short distance from the Colosseum, the 238-room Hyatt Regency Rome Central is a contemporary 5-star hotel offering premium business services and one of Italy's most dazzling leisure rooftop experiences. The hotel is also featuring a SPA, 5 food & beverages outlets and more than 1000 sqm events venues. Key responsibilities: Handle all Guests' interactions with the highest level of hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible. Staying one step ahead of our Guests' needs to anticipate requests and offer tailored recommendations Being our Guests' trusted contact Be knowledgeable regarding activities available in the city and establish close contacts with vendors in these areas in order to provide information, ticketing, and reservations for guests. Assist with responsibilities and duties in the absence or heavy volume in the areas of Front Office and Guest Services. Resolving guest issues and using their feedback to improve guest satisfaction Ensuring every guest enjoys discretion, ethical behaviour, privacy and confidentiality Organizing and controlling bell boys' duties, including guests' arrival and departure, luggage delivery to the guestrooms and storage. Skills and requirements: Preferred working experience with similar roles in lifestyles hotels. Good understanding of hotel operations, front desk, guest relations and concierge procedures Bachelor's degree / higher education qualification/equivalent in Hotel Management/ Business Administration, or at least 2 years' experience as Concierge/Guest Service agent Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. Fluent in English and Italian; additional languages are a plus. Familiarity with Opera Cloud is highly desirable. Flexibility to work weekends, and public holidays.
