Sr. AI Product Manager, Seller Education Job ID: | Amazon (Shanghai) International Trading Company LimitedWe are seeking a highly skilled and technical Senior Product Manager, AI to lead AI initiatives in the Seller Education domain. This senior role owns the vision and roadmap for AI-powered learning experiences that help Sellers acquire knowledge faster, make better decisions, and grow their businesses more effectively.The ideal candidate has a strong AI/ML product background and a proven track record driving global initiatives across organizations. You will identify learning and education opportunities, define product strategies, and partner with science, engineering, content, and business teams to deliver personalized, scalable, and impactful learning solutions for Sellers worldwide.You are adept at converting educational and customer insights into clear technical requirements, and at translating technical capabilities into measurable business value. You are experienced in managing distributed teams, launching products in fast‑moving environments, and influencing stakeholders without direct authority. Fluency in Chinese and English is essential; experience in e‑commerce seller education or digital learning is preferred. This role offers a unique opportunity to shape global selling through innovative AI‑driven Seller Education solutions.Key Job Responsibilities Product Strategy & DevelopmentOwn the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for AI-powered Seller Education experiences.Identify and prioritize learning opportunities across the seller lifecycle (e.g., onboarding, growth, compliance, optimization).Design and launch AI solutions (e.g., adaptive learning, content recommendation, conversational tutors) that improve learning outcomes and engagement.Drive measurable improvements in Seller learning efficiency, satisfaction, and business impact.Lead continuous product improvement using experiments, data insights, and qualitative feedback from Sellers and stakeholders.Technical LeadershipPartner with data science and engineering teams to design, build, and scale AI/ML and LLM‑based learning features.Define clear technical requirements, success metrics, and guardrails for AI‑powered education workflows.Oversee end‑to‑end product development cycles, from discovery and design through implementation and launch.Promote data‑informed decision making and experimentation across all product initiatives.Stakeholder & Program ManagementLead cross‑functional collaboration between product, program, tech, content, marketing, and operations teams.Communicate product strategy, roadmap, and results to senior leadership, highlighting trade‑offs and impact.Drive alignment and change management across CN and global teams to scale adoption of AI‑powered learning solutions.Influence internal and external partners to co‑create high‑quality, localized, and relevant learning experiences for Sellers.Basic Qualifications7+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experienceBachelor's degree or equivalentProven experience owning and driving product roadmap strategy, definition, and execution for technology products.End‑to‑end ownership of product delivery, from discovery and requirements through launch and iteration.Experience with Machine Learning and Large Language Model (LLM) fundamentals, and working with AI/ML teams.Demonstrated ability to communicate complex technical topics to both technical and non‑technical audiences, including executive stakeholders.Preferred QualificationsExperience influencing and driving decisions with senior leadership in large, complex organizations.Experience developing, launching, and managing AI products at scale in production environments.Experience working across global, cross‑functional teams and senior stakeholders.Master’s degree, MBA, or equivalent advanced degree.Experience in retail or e‑commerce, particularly in a global or cross‑border context.Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
