If you’re a Senior Product Manager in the SaaS industry seeking your next challenge—or a company looking for support hiring exceptional product leaders—our team specializes in SaaS and technology recruitment across Italy and Europe. Key Responsibilities Define and execute the product vision, strategy, and roadmap in alignment with company objectives. Collect and prioritize customer feedback, market data, and business requirements. Collaborate with cross-functional teams (engineering, design, marketing, and sales) to deliver impactful product releases. Lead product discovery, competitive research, and data-driven decision-making. Monitor performance metrics and user engagement to drive continuous product improvement. Partner with leadership to define pricing models and go-to-market strategies. Act as a strong advocate for innovation and customer-centric product development. Requirements Minimum 5 years of experience as a Product Manager, ideally within SaaS or tech environments. Strong understanding of modern technology stacks, cloud platforms, APIs, and agile methodologies. Proven experience leading the full product lifecycle, from concept to launch. Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills. Fluent in Italian and English (written and spoken). Based in Italy, with availability to attend the Milan office once per week. Preferred Skills Experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise software. Knowledge of data analytics, UX principles, and growth product strategies. Passion for innovation and emerging technologies.
