About the Opportunity We are seeking an experienced Country Manager – Italy on behalf of our client, a fast-growing SaaS company delivering cutting-edge solutions to enterprise clients across Europe. As the company accelerates its expansion into Italy, this leadership role is key to driving market growth, establishing strategic partnerships, and building a local presence. The ideal candidate will combine strong commercial acumen with a deep understanding of the SaaS business model and the Italian B2B market landscape. You’ll join a collaborative international team with a shared mission: to empower organizations through innovation, technology, and outstanding customer experience. Key Responsibilities Define and execute the go-to-market strategy for Italy in alignment with global business objectives. Build, lead, and inspire the local commercial team (sales, marketing, customer success). Drive new business acquisition, partnerships, and revenue growth across key verticals. Act as the main representative of the company in Italy, fostering brand visibility and strategic relationships. Work closely with global leadership on product positioning, pricing, and localization initiatives. Analyze market trends, competitors, and client needs to identify new opportunities. Ensure operational excellence and alignment with the company’s culture and growth values. Candidate Profile Proven track record (7+ years) in senior commercial leadership roles such as Country Manager, Sales Director, or General Manager within a SaaS or tech company. Deep knowledge of the Italian enterprise and mid-market segments. Experience scaling go-to-market operations, hiring teams, and driving sustainable growth. Strong strategic mindset and ability to operate both at a hands-on and leadership level. Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Italian and English.
