PRODUCT MANAGER Nell’ambito di un progetto di crescita aziendale cerchiamo un:Zona: Milano SedeDisponibilità di inserimento: da subito.Attività Il Product Manager è responsabile della gestione completa del ciclo di vita del portafoglio prodotti assegnato – dallo sviluppo al lancio, fino alla promozione e all’analisi delle performance – con l’obiettivo di massimizzare la crescita e il valore di mercato dei brand affidati.Principali ResponsabilitàDefinire e implementare, in collaborazione con la Direzione Marketing, le strategie di marketing e comunicazione per i prodotti assegnati, nel rispetto di budget e tempistiche;Redigere il piano marketing annuale per l’area terapeutica assegnata, con declinazione per canale e ciclo vendita;Analizzare il mercato, la concorrenza e i bisogni dei medici e delle farmacie per individuare nuove opportunità di business e proporre piani di sviluppo mirati;Coordinare le attività di lancio di nuovi prodotti e supportare la forza vendita con strumenti, materiali formativi e azioni promozionali efficaci;Collaborare con i team interni R&D e Medical Affairs, Comunicazione e Vendite, per garantire il corretto posizionamento dei prodotti e la coerenza del messaggio scientifico e commerciale;Monitorare le performance di vendita e di mercato, fornendo analisi e raccomandazioni strategiche per massimizzare risultati e ritorno sugli investimenti;Gestire relazioni con Key Opinion Leader (KOL), partner esterni e fornitori, coordinando progetti, eventi e congressi.RequisitiLaurea in discipline scientifiche o economiche (marketing);Esperienza di almeno 4-5 anni in ruolo analogo preferibilmente in ambito nutraceutico o farmaceutico;Ricercata in particolare l’esperienza con target neurologia;Ottime capacità analitiche e strategiche, un approccio proattivo e orientato ai risultati;Curiosità;Abilità nella gestione di budget e nella collaborazione con team cross-funzionali;Disponibile a trasferte;Innate doti comunicative, organizzative e relazionali.Si OffreAssunzione a tempo indeterminato;Un percorso di carriera strutturato, volto alla valorizzazione e al potenziamento delle competenze.Seniority level Mid-Senior levelEmployment type Full-timeJob function Product Management and MarketingIndustries Public Relations and Communications Services and Pharmaceutical Manufacturing#J-18808-Ljbffr
