La posizione Siamo alla ricerca di un/una Global Customer Service Manager che coordini e sviluppi le attività di customer service a livello internazionale, garantendo eccellenza operativa, qualità del servizio e allineamento con i valori del brand. Responsabilità principali Coordinamento globale delle attività di Customer Service per Italia, UE ed extra-UE; Supervisione della fatturazione internazionale e gestione dei flussi verso SDI; Gestione della documentazione export e dei requisiti doganali; Organizzazione e ottimizzazione delle spedizioni nazionali e internazionali (terra, mare, aereo – standard ed espresso); Coordinamento con magazzini esterni e partner logistici internazionali; Supporto strategico al team commerciale diretto e ai principali distributori globali; Analisi e miglioramento continuo dei processi di customer service, gestione del team; Gestione e supervisione di strumenti di pagamento internazionali (Lettere di Credito, CAD); Supervisione di prodotti pericolosi e certificazioni (Certificati di Origine); Interfaccia con stakeholder interni ed esterni per garantire elevati standard di servizio. Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese (scritta e parlata); Spiccate capacità organizzative, di coordinamento e attenzione al dettaglio; Approccio manageriale e orientamento al problem solving; Ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office e degli strumenti di comunicazione digitale; Conoscenza di SAP Business One; Plus: conoscenza di una seconda lingua straniera; Esperienza pregressa in ruoli di gestione customer service in contesti internazionali.
