Customer Service Manager:
**Responsibilities**:
2. Keep records of customer interactions, handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits; follow up to ensure resolution;
3. Monitor customer service metrics, analyze causes and implement plan for improvement
4. Routinely analyze NSS (Consumer Satisfaction), analyze specific causes and assign improvement plans.
5. Supervise the daily operation of the customer service team.

Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in a customer service role (3-5 years preferred).
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Outstanding communication skills (written and verbal).
- Analytical mindset with proficiency in using data for decision-making.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Contratto di lavoro: Tempo pieno

Retribuzione: €25.000,00 - €38.000,00 all'anno
