We're looking for a creative and data-driven Growth & Content Specialist who can amplify our message across social platforms, build meaningful communities, and drive engagement through strategic content creation and AI-powered growth initiatives.We are seeking a Growth & Content Specialist to lead our content strategy and growth initiatives across LinkedIn, X, Reddit, and other key platforms. You will be responsible for creating compelling content, developing data-driven growth strategies, and leveraging AI tools to scale our outreach and community engagement efforts.This role requires a unique blend of creative storytelling, technical understanding of AI, and analytical thinking. You will work closely with our product, engineering, and leadership teams to translate complex AI concepts into engaging content that resonates with our target audiences.What you'll do:- Design and execute growth actions across channels (content, outbound support, partnerships, events)- Build and nurture relationships with AI/tech communities on Reddit, X, and other platforms.- Create and manage high-quality content (LinkedIn, blog posts, landing pages, case studies) - Translate complex AI concepts into clear, compelling messaging - Support lead generation and demand generation initiatives - Collaborate with sales on campaigns, sequences, and GTM messaging - Track performance across the funnel and optimize for conversion - Support product launches, announcements, and GTM initiatives - Maintain and improve marketing workflows, tools, and reportingWhat we're looking for:- Experience in growth, marketing, or demand generation (B2B preferred) - Strong execution mindset — you like doing, not just planning - Excellent writing and storytelling skills - Data-aware and experiment-driven approach - Comfortable in fast-moving startup environments - Curious about AI, technology, and emerging tools - Fluent in English (Italian is a plus)Great to have:- Experience in B2B SaaS or AI startups - Familiarity with LinkedIn growth, outbound support, or PLG motions - Hands-on experience with tools like HubSpot, Apollo, Webflow, Notion, GA - Design or no-code skills (Canva, Figma)Why join:- Direct impact on growth and company visibility - Work closely with founder and leadership - Ownership over initiatives and experiments - Fast learning curve in a cutting-edge AI environment - Flexible, remote-friendly setup - Opportunity to grow into a Growth Lead / Head of Growth role
