Regional Commercial Product Marketing Specialist – WashingBeko Europe is a leading home appliances business, dedicated to changing the lives of our customers through a wide range of innovative and sustainable household products and solutions. It was established in 2023 as a result of an agreement between Arçelik and Whirlpool, with Arçelik owning 75 percent of the company and Whirlpool owning 25 percent. It benefits from more than 60 years of leadership, innovation and expertise in the home appliance sector.With more than 20,000 employees, Beko Europe has 69 subsidiaries and 11 production sites across Europe, which are located in Cassinetta, Melano, Comunanza, and Siena in Italy, Wroclaw, Radomsko, and Lodz in Poland, Poprad in Slovakia, Yate in the UK, and Ulmi and Gaesti in Romania, with a production capacity of approximately 24 million white goods products per year.Role SummaryYou will support key European markets, ensure the effective deployment of Washing projects, and contribute to defining the commercial strategy for the category. The role acts as a bridge between Headquarters, Regional teams, and Local markets, enabling strong project execution and business performance.ResponsibilitiesServe as primary point of contact for assigned clusters, ensuring timely support on product, commercial, and coordination needsManage the commercialization process for new SKUs, including MDM governance, SKU creation steps, and delivery of launch assetsFacilitate communication between markets and HQ to address requests, remove blockers, and ensure alignmentWork with HQ teams to master the new project scopes and cascade deployment requirements to marketsBuild and maintain the Base Model Catalogue, defining SKU architecture and feature combinationsDevelop business cases in line with project maturity and consolidate market inputsEnsure market requirements for B2B/B2C launch assets are captured and addressed within project plansAnalyze range logic, identify opportunities for growth, and evaluate SKU efficiency to guide market decisionsOrganize and lead annual Range Review meetings with assigned markets, aligning on next-year assortments and project integrationProvide commercial guidance to optimize the product offer across channels and trade partnersPrepare clear and impactful presentations for senior management, synthesizing insights from markets, projects, and category performanceHighlight key risks, opportunities, and recommended actions to strengthen decision-makingQualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, Marketing or similar field3+ years of experience in Product Management, Commercial Planning, Business Analysis or similar rolesFluent English and strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPointPreferred Skills and ExperienceExperience in consumer durables, consumer electronics, or consultingStrong analytical skills with the ability to translate information into clear actionsUnderstanding of commercial dynamics, pricing logic, and portfolio managementExperience coordinating cross-functional stakeholders across countriesWe are an equal opportunity employer.
